Description

Nothing escapes the scrutiny of Komar & Melamid. In their ninth exhibition at Ronald Feldman Fine Arts, they chronicle their political, artistic and personal histories in new multi-media, multi-dimensional works. In contrast to their past exhibitions at the gallery, in which a juxtaposition of styles and ideas produced a sense of chaos, there is now an emphasis on the harmony resulting from this same interaction of parts. In a continuation of their eclectic style which dates back to the early ‘70s, the multi-panel works in this exhibition synthesize sculpture, painting, collage, relief, etc.
