Edwin Schlossberg
Description
Assignments - Although truth and beauty are often considered, these works have been created to assign active engagement with both. One by exploring colors, forms and relationships that suggest new ways of seeing and the other that suggest ways of acting. The tension between the two is intended to create contemplation followed by inspiration and hopefully followed by action.
The works are acrylic paint and scotchlite film on aluminum panels.
Earlier Works - Many of the earlier works have been shown at the gallery over the past forty years. Some of them have never been seen before.
This is the fourteenth exhibit of Edwin Schlossberg’s work at the Feldman Gallery.
