Federico Solmi The best of the 2019 Armory Show. For the New York fair a 25th edition without emotions
Artribune Mar 09, 2019
Translation
One of the booths that stop the weary visitor from the tired visitor is undoubtedly that of the Feldman Gallery which houses the extremely enjoyable works of Federico Solmi . In fact, this stand is one of the most crowded, exhibiting a bit of the entire sample of variations on the dystopian carousel theme that distinguish the work of the Italian artist based in New York. There are painted books, large canvases and, to the delight of the visitor, framed videos. The booth is a dive into a universe of fantasy that offers a pleasant (though disturbing) escape from the monotony of the fair.
